Smuuti Skin Peach Cleansing Cream is a water-based low-foaming cleansing cream that removes dirt and light makeup without drying out the skin. Low pH and gentle surfactants care for the skin barrier. Some of the surfactants in the cleanser have been replaced with a small amount of gently purifying Kaolin Clay. Jojoba oil also nourishes the skin while cleansing. Because of these, the cleanser leaves the skin feeling soft without tightness. Peach Extract and peach derived Ceramides help condition the skin and strengthen the skin barrier. The product is especially suitable for dry skin. No added fragrance or animal derived ingredients.

Star ingredients

• Peach Extract: Peach is a fruit rich in vitamins and antioxidants and these nutrients give the fruit its many skin benefits. Vitamin A, B and C help brighten, condition and strengthen the skin. Like watermelon, peach also contains the antioxidant lykopene which gives the fruit its reddish color. Peach also contains many skin-nourishing proteins and Ceramides.
• Peach Ceramides: Ceramides are an important part of the skin’s barrier, also known as the lipid layer. Ceramides, Cholesterol and Fatty Acids make up most of the skin barrier, and adding these to your skin can help replenish the barrier. A stronger barrier helps keep irritants out and the skin’s water-balance in check.
• Squalane: Squalane is an example of a “dry-oil”. Dry-oils don’t feel heavy or greasy on the skin, but still moisturize, soften and condition the skin. Dry-oils are made up of mostly Linoleic Acid which makes the oils lightweight, where as Oleic Acid makes oils greasier and more pore clogging. Squalane also resembles the skin’s own sebum, which mean the skin can use it to replace some of its own heavier sebum.

How to use

Take the product on to damp hands and lather it. Apply to face and massage in circular motions for around 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. The product can be used day and night.
