Missha Perfect Lip & Eye Make-Up Remover is a gentle bi-phase makeup remover that separates into an oil and water layer. It effectively removes lip, eye, and base makeup without drying or irritating the skin. Even waterproof makeup melts away effortlessly with this product.

Key Ingredients

Seawater and various oil-based ingredients effectively dissolve both water-based and oil-based makeup. Added botanical extracts help moisturize and soothe the skin, reducing irritation and redness.

How to Use

Shake well before use. Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover and gently press it onto the closed eyelid for 10–30 seconds. Then wipe off the eye makeup. Repeat on the other eye. You can also remove lip makeup in the same way.

For base makeup, no soaking time is needed — it usually dissolves more easily than eye or lip makeup.
