The terms and conditions on this page regard all orders placed on www.bearel.fi/en and www.bearel.com and are in effect since the 6th of October 2022. These terms and conditions are applied to the company with the company ID 2755864-5 (hereafter referred to as "the company" or "Bearel") and its clients.
We reserve the rights to alter these terms.
Pricing & Product Information
Our prices include the Finnish VAT of 24%. The total order amount stated on the checkout page includes taxes and possible discounts. We reserve the right to change product and shipping prices. Our warehouses are located in Estonia and Finland. This means that when shopping inside the EU, you will not be subject to customs fees.
The prices of our products are clearly stated in the shop and on individual product pages.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees in their home country.
A purchasing agreement is made once the customer places an order at www.bearel.fi, www.bearel.fi/en or www.bearel.com and the customer is sent an order confirmation.

Our aim is to always provide as accurate and as truthful information as possible regarding our business practices and our products. We encourage all customers to message us if you find errors or anything unclear at info(at)bearel.com.
Even though we do our best in this regard, please note that all product information may be subject to change from the brands themselves. For most up-to-date product information (such as ingredients lists), check the product packaging.
All material displayed on our website is owned by us. Copying pictures and text for monetary use without Bearel's written agreement and proper credit is forbidden.
The search function in our webshop will organize search results based on relevance. You can also organize the products based on other attributes, such as release date or price. Outside parties cannot affect the order of products displayed in search results.
All product reviews are authentic and written by our customers. We look through all reviews. If it is unclear whether a submitted review has come from a verified purchase, we will inspect it before accepting it.
Discounts, Campaigns & Offers
These terms apply to all offers on our website unless otherwise stated. All offers, campaigns and deals in our online store are valid for a limited time only and only as long as stock lasts. We reserve the right to alter campaign terms.

Wíth Paypal you can pay for your order swiftly and easily by logging into your Paypal account. You can also pay with your bank card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) without a Paypal account.
Please note that the payment option offered by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is only offered for Finnish banks and credit companies. If you do not have a bank account in a Finnish bank or credit company, please select another payment method. By placing an order using Paytrail you agree to Paytrail's terms and conditions.

Shipping Terms
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 50€ within Finland. We also offer free home delivery for all orders over 100€.
Posti pickup point 4,90€
Shipping from our warehouse to a Posti service point of choice. Shipping time is 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is ready to be collected, you will be informed via email or SMS. Remember to bring identification, such as a driver's licence or passport. The package must be picked up within 7 days of arrival.
Posti parcel locker 4,90€
Shipping from our warehouse to a Posti parcel locker of choice. Shipping time is 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is ready to be collected, you will be informed via email or SMS. To open the locker, enter the locker code. The package must be picked up within 7 days of arrival.
Posti home delivery 8,90€
Home delivery of the parcel. Before delivery, you will receive a message from Posti to arrange the delivery time.
DB Schenker pickup point 4,90€
Shipping from our warehouse to a DB Schenker service point of choice. Shipping time is 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is ready to be collected, you will be informed via email or SMS. Remember to bring identification, such as a driver's licence or passport. The package must be picked up within 7 days of arrival.

Price for international shipping with GLS is 7,90€. We offer free international shipping for orders over 100€.
The usual processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are located.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order on the delivery partner's website.
If you fail to pick up your order within the time limit set by the delivery company, the parcel will be returned to us. Once the package has been received at our warehouse, the customer will receive a refund.
As not collecting your parcel is costly both to us and the environment, we will deduct a handling fee of 6,50€ from the refunded sum.
In some rare cases we may offer backorder on select items. If an item is on backorder, this will be stated on the product page. This means that the item is not yet instock. When ordering a backorder item you accept that the order will be shipped out once the item has arrived. This may take from a couple of business days to up to a month.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order or make changes to it, please contact our customer service immediately. Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, we advice you to refer to our returns policy below.
You have the right to return or excange your order within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns and exchanges only for unused, unopened products. The inner and outer packaging must be intact and all seals unopened.
Please note that when returning sets and bundles, you have to return them in full. As they are sold as a set, they must also be returned as such.
If upon receiving the order you notice you have received the wrong product, or a product is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the order.
Depending on the situation we will refund the customer accordingly.

Always notify customer service when you wish to make a return
If you want to return a product, products or your order in full, please contact our customer service at info@bearel.com.
Please note that when returning international orders placed outside Finnish borders, the customer is responsible for all postal fees for the return shipment.
If you are ordering within Finland, returns are free if you have notified us of the return beforehand. If you fail to inform us beforehand, you will be subject to a returns fee of 6,50€. This will be reduced from the refunded sum once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.
Pack the item(s) carefully
Remember to pack the item/items you are returning carefully in order to avoid breakage or products slipping out of the parcel. Bearel is not responsible for damages to the goods during their way back.
Please enclose your name and contact information or the packing slip in your return.
Returning international orders:
- Write the returns address (see below) onto the parcel. Include your own address in the left upper corner of the package.
- Take the parcel to your local postal service. Please note that when returning international orders placed outside Finnish borders, the customer is responsible for all postal fees for the return shipment.
- Hold onto the receipt until you have received the refund.
Returning orders within Finland
- Write the returns address (see below) onto the parcel. Include your own address in the left upper corner of the package.
- Take the parcel to your local Posti service point. Tell the clerk you are making a return to Bearel.
- Hold onto the receipt until you have received the refund.

Receiving your refund
Bearel will refund your order once our warehouse staff have received the returned item(s).
Bearel is not responsible by damages caused by force majeure. By this, we refer to an unprecedented factor or change in circumstances in which we have no influence. Bearel is required to inform the customer immediately, should a situation like this occur.
