This essence toner doesn’t contain regular water; instead, 91.3 % of it is extracted from Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, which is rich in hydrating betaine and minerals.
Astragalus is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and nourishing ingredient that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years.
