Serum
Beauty Of Joseon Glow Serum is an ideal serum for the treatment of enlarged pores and inflamed skin. The serum controls sebum production without drying the skin.
Active ingredients
The serum contains a whopping 60 % propolis, a substance used by bees in nest building. Propolis has a moisturizing and antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, propolis products are known for the beautiful glow they give to the skin.
The use of honey has long roots in Korean skin care; during the Joseon Dynasty women used a paste that was made from honey and grain powder as a facemask.
Niacinamide (2 %) is a multifunctional active ingredient in skin care, that brightens the skin and controls sebum production. This, in turn, contributes to maintaining the skin’s optimal oil-moisture balance. BHA (0,5 %), also known as salisylic acid, is a water-soluble ingredient that gently exfoliates the skin and removes both dead skin cells and excess sebum.
How to use
Add a small amount onto cleansed face after your toner and/or essence. Finally add moisturizer. Can be used both mornings and evenings.
