Beauty Of Joseon Dynasty Cream is the brand’s first product that has become a K-beauty favorite. The cream has a firm and rich, yet a well-absorbing texture, that effectively prevents moisture from evaporating from the skin.
Balancing glow cream
This multifunctional face cream promotes skin health, nourishes the skin and improves its oil-moisture balance. The cream gives the face a wonderful, subtle glow, without leaving the skin looking greasy. It also works perfectly under makeup.
The cream’s key ingredients
The face cream contains 29 % rice bran water. In the Joseon Dynasty it was called “Beauty Water” and it was used like a modern day toner is now used. Rice bran is rich in aminoacids, minerals and vitamin E, which helps to keep the skin looking healthy and glowy.
In addition the cream contains 5 % ginseng root water. Ginseng has been used in Korea for a long time. In the Joseon Dynasty it was called “shincho”, meaning herb from the gods. Ginseng contains saponin, which is an ingredient that energizes the skin.
The rich cream also contains 2 % squalane, which maintains the skin’s protective barrier, and 2 % niacinamide, which balances sebum production.
