Hydrating Ingredients

The Triple Hyaluronic Acid Toner contains three different molecular sizes of hyaluronic acid, each of which binds moisture up to 1000 times its own weight, delivering it to various layers of the skin. The toner also contains ingredients such as betaine and panthenol, which soothe the skin and strengthen its protective barrier.

How to Use
