Biodance Sea Kelp Gel Toner Pads are specially designed for irritated, oily, and blemish-prone skin. The combination of seaweed extract and deep-sea water helps soothe the skin, control excess sebum, and support the skin’s natural pH balance.

The formula contains fermented sea kelp extract. Its soothing effect is up to five times more effective than traditional Cica extract (Centella Asiatica). It helps reduce skin irritation, redness, and imbalance while leaving the skin feeling cool and refreshed.
