BBIA Never Die Eyeliner 01 Matte Black is a black liquid eyeliner that helps you draw the perfect, clean and sharp eyeliner. The fine tip gives you precise control over the liner’s thickness.

The liner resists water, rubbing, sweat and oils, and can be easily removed with water of 38 degrees celsius.

How to use

Shake the pen before using and apply to the lash line. Store with the tip facing down to prevent the pen from drying out.
